The entire office was beautifully decorated with traditional Bengali cultural elements, including colorful kites, ektara, artistic motifs of elephants, horses, owls, and festive leaflets, creating a lively and authentic atmosphere of Bangla heritage.

The celebration commenced in the morning with the iconic cultural song “Eso He Boishakh, Eso Eso”, setting a festive tone for the day. This was followed by inspirational speeches from the Honorable Chairman, Managing Director (MD), and Executive Director (ED), who extended their greetings with the traditional salutation “Shuvo Noboborsho”.

Employees actively participated in the celebration, dressed in traditional attire—men in panjabi and women in saree—adding elegance and cultural richness to the event.
A variety of traditional Bengali foods were arranged throughout the day. The morning snacks included popular sweets such as kodma and khaja. A grand lunch was served featuring traditional delicacies like ilish fish, assorted vorta, meat items, and soft drinks, ensuring a delightful culinary experience for all.

The event was marked by joy, unity, and cultural pride, as all employees enjoyed the festivities wholeheartedly. The celebration successfully reflected the spirit of Bengali tradition and strengthened the sense of community within Salma Group.
